With renovations to the restaurant coming to an end, we are pleased to present the new Soum Noum restaurant in Champasak. The property has been fully restored to its former glory, echoing the classic French-Colonial architectural style inherent to the region.
As a graduate of the renowned Hotelschool the Hague, Ronald will oversee the daily operations in Soum Noum Champasak. Ronald has 10 years of experience in the hospitality industry in the Netherlands, Wales and the United States, from high-capacity restaurants to Michelin star dining.
